Barolo en primeur is a social responsibility initiative promoted by the Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo Foundation, CRC Donare Foundation in collaboration with the Consortium for the Protection of Barolo Barbaresco Alba Langhe and Dogliani launched in 2021.
A charity competition in support of projects of social utility, both in Italy and abroad, to which 15 barriques of barolo are combined while this is still aging. New for 2022 is the participation in the auction also of producers: the wineries, united under the name of the municipality of production, auction lots made up of their finest bottles of Barolo and Barbaresco, always coming from the 2021 harvest.
