Today at the Centro Enosis Meraviglia in Fubine the technical tasting for the new edition of Barolo en primeur.

With the conduction of Dr. Donato Lanati, we tasted 8 samples of 2020 and 8 of the new vintage to launch the second edition of Barolo en primeur.

In fact, the heart of the second edition will be the 14 barriques of 2021, but it was interesting to study their evolution and see the substantial differences given by the two vintages.
